EQAF 2023: Internationalisation in a changing world

The European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) 2023, entitled “Internationalisation in a Changing World. New Trends and Challenges for QA”, this year took place from 23 to 26 November 2023 in Aveiro, Portugal. This key event for higher education and quality assurance professionals was also attended by two representatives of the Agency, who participated in various sessions and workshops.

This year’s EQAF addressed important topics such as transnational cooperation, sustainable mobility and innovative approaches to quality assurance in response to new trends such as micro-documents and virtual learning. Discussions focused on adapting European quality assurance standards to the global context and ensuring that they meet the changing demands of higher education.
